Node ONE Store Terms

Node ONE is a brand of Reef Research Labs LLC. These terms apply to purchases through our Node ONE Shopify and Shop storefronts.

Products, configurations and prices

Review the device, configuration, availability and current price before ordering. The order summary identifies the items purchased. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Promotions apply according to their stated conditions.

Orders and corrections

Provide accurate payment, delivery and contact information. Contact support@reeflaboratory.com promptly if an order needs correction or cancellation. Our Return and Refund Policy provides a full refund before shipment.

Build timing and delivery

Built-to-order devices require assembly and testing before dispatch. Refer to the current production estimate for the selected model or contact us for the current build window. Carrier transit estimates start after dispatch and may change. Our Shipping Policy provides more information.

Returns, refunds and hardware support

Our published Return and Refund Policy governs cancellations, returns, damage, defects and refunds, including the 30-day return window after delivery. Normal use during that window is permitted. These terms do not reduce the rights stated in that policy or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Equipment compatibility and third-party services

Compatibility varies by equipment model, connection method and third-party service availability. Review the current compatibility information before purchase. Third-party hardware, services and software remain subject to their providers' applicable terms and licenses. The purchase does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks or software.

Privacy and account security

Our published Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information associated with this store and checkout. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information when requesting assistance. Separate privacy notices may apply when using Reef Trak or third-party services.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These store terms are governed by applicable New York and United States law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
